QUALITY POLICY

As MİTAŞ Industry Test Laboratory, we aim to make our Laboratory, operating under MİTAŞ Industry T.A.Ş.

 
To this end;

 

·Providing a laboratory environment that meets the requirements of the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 Standard, providing services to customers in ever-increasing quality, in national and internationally accepted standards,

 

·To maintain the participation of management and personnel in the realization of the laboratory goals and the survival of the quality system

·To ensure that all laboratory personnel involved in control / test applications learn the quality documentation and apply the policies and procedures during their work,

·To ensure that the laboratory personnel are not exposed to any internal and external influences that may affect their decisions and that they understand their responsibilities,

·To provide all the necessary conditions to ensure the quality of the results, to always carry out the control / test service in accordance with the specified methods and in accordance with the customer’s conditions, to follow the national or international standards required by the services we provide,

·Working free from all kinds of internal and external commercial, financial and other pressures that may adversely affect the quality of the control / test service and from any activity that will reduce confidence in the competence, impartiality and operation of the laboratory

·To take all kinds of measures to protect the confidential information and property rights of our customers and to show maximum sensitivity in this regard,

·It is our policy to find solutions by evaluating all kinds of complaints coming to the laboratory, to carry out activities to increase customer satisfaction and to make continuous improvement.
